Doug Clough is the principal Engineer and President of Omega & Associates Engineering Ltd. with over thirty years’ experience in civil and structural design engineering, project coordination and construction supervision.  Mr. Clough is registered as a Designated Structural Engineer (Struct Eng.) with APEGBC, and is registered in Alberta, Nova Scotia, Alaska, and Washington State.  Mr. Clough’s experience includes building design utilizing concrete, steel, timber, and heavy timber.  He has worked on projects ranging from custom homes, commercial  buildings, agricultural facilities, industrial buildings and structures. He has also been involved with the seismic upgrade of schools and hospital facilities in the Province of BC and renovations and upgrades to other buildings.

David Drummond is a Senior Civil Engineer with over thirty-five years’ experience on municipal projects. He is currently the Senior Principal Civil Engineer for Omega and Associates Engineering, with his duties being shared between the Surrey and Chilliwack offices. His diverse background includes project management, modelling, design and construction supervision for Municipal capital works improvement projects, for water, roads, and sewer works, treatment plants and pumping stations. He is also involved with land development planning, design and construction for multi-million dollar subdivisions, industrial, commercial and institutional projects.

Mr. Drummond has been involved in the environmental assessment, design, tendering and construction of water and sewage treatment plants, associated infrastructure and marine works in the District Municipality of Muskoka (Ontario), as well as land development approvals for the municipality. He has been responsible for liaison with Federal, Provincial and Municipal Government departments in the reporting for such projects. Mr. Drummond has performed feasibility studies, design work, contract administration, inflow and infiltration studies, and underground utility rehabilitation assessments contract . He has worked for contractors, municipalities & consultants, and has a comprehensive understanding of the engineering industry.

Moe Mashgoul is a professional engineer with over 10 years’ progressive experience in civil infrastructure and land development projects.  He has a solid knowledge of planning, design, inspection, estimation and scheduling, is an analytical problem solver, and is a result-oriented and quality-minded PMP Certified Project Manager and MMCD Certified Contract Administrator  Mr. Mashgoul’s ability to deliver capital project by providing high quality professional service with integrity and his proven technical and interpersonal skills enable him to work effectively with multidisciplinary/multi-agency teams. Mr. Mashgoul is well versed in public relations, conflict resolution, and team building, has a superior ability to build and maintain working relationships with staff, the public and business partners as well as a strong ability to make good judgments and quick decisions.

Mr Mashgoul has worked with municipalities in upgrading, rehabilitation and optimization projects with the focus on project requirements, scope, budget, schedule and quality of work from pre-design through to construction, start-up and commissioning, and close-out.  He has applied cost effective approach to prepare preliminary and detailed design drawings for roadways, grading, earthwork, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm water management, soak away systems, culverts, ponds/detention tanks, erosion/sediment control, private sewage systems and site servicing.

Pejman Mirzanejad has over 23 years’ of experience as a Structural Engineer analyzing and designing steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures. Mr. Mizanejad’s recent experience includes Non-Process buildings at Fort Hills of Suncor oil sands from conceptual design (DBM) to the final design stage (EDS) with all the detail designs of the building structural members and components.
